Consumer has the right to return any qualifying purchased product up to 48 hours after the product has been received. Consumers are eligible for a full refund if the product is returned within the 48 hours after pickup or delivery. Consumers will be subject to a deluxe delivery charge if the return is after delivery and Family Deals Furniture will have to pick up the merchandise. Refunds will be placed on the finance company before refunding to the original form of payment if applicable. If the consumer paid with cash or check a check will be written for the refund. (Please allow 7-14 business days for checks to process) If product is damaged Family Deals Furniture reserves the right to refuse the return and refund even within 48 hours. Returns are not eligible for the following : Special or Custom Orders, Damaged Products, Mattresses, Adjustable Bases, Bunkie Boards, Foundations, Pillows, Sheets, Mattress Covers, Bedgear, and Accessories.
